Wiser Wash
Being Sustainable is not a fame anymore. It became a necessity considering today’s trade. Wiser Wash is a new Eco-Friendly technology of washing denim/non denim garments with minimum use of water/chemical and other resources. The garments washed with the help of Wiser technique, looks more richer. This sustainable concept of denim washing is developed and successfully running.
3D Virtual Sampling
3D Virtual sampling and prototyping is the new way to explore design concepts and variations before the actual production. 3D technology helps designers and technical designers see, validate, and refine the product before moving to real physical prototyping and manufacturing. 3D technology can make the sample designing process shorter 3 or 4 times in comparison with traditional method.
E-flow equipment
In 2015, the Da Nang Wash team pioneered the research and trialed Eflow technology to replace traditional Acid Wash. Since 2021, after demonstrating proven efficiency in resource savings and high-tech effects across washing facilities, Eflow has driven significant investment. Currently, the technology accounts for approximately 30% of the total high-tech effect output.
